The Little Saints School of Saint Michael's Episcopal School is a licensed facility staffed with experienced and accredited teachers. We have classes for infants (beginning at 6 weeks), toddlers, and pre-schoolers.
Beginning at six weeks, Little Saints Schools of Saint Michael's Episcopal School leads children toward academic and social maturation that will prepare them for success later in school. In language arts, long term goals include listening to and responding to classic children’s literature; identifying letters of the alphabet; identifying beginning sounds and rhyming sounds; and forming letters. Mathematics skills include counting, identifying shapes and patterns, ordering and sorting, and writing numbers. From the youngest ages, children are encouraged to investigate the world around them through observation and simple tools. Social skills of self-reliance, cooperating, sharing, communicating, and participating with others are stressed throughout at age-appropriate levels of expectation.
