A Saint Michael’s education does not end at the classroom door. Extracurricular and co-curricular offerings are designed to build confidence and stimulate interest in wholesome, life-long pursuits.

Saint Michael’s students have the opportunity to display their academic, artistic and musical talents at regional and national competitions, including science fairs, Private School Interscholastic Association (PSIA), Brazos BEST robotics, and the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS).
Chapel, three times weekly for all K-12 students, is an integral part of the Saint Michael’s experience. Student-led, Chapel features music, contemplative communal prayer and topical messages.
Service to others is a core value at Saint Michael’s. In-reach programs foster a sense of family and care for one another. Outreach in our local community encourages a sense of responsibility for and about others, and the chance to make an impact as part of a group.
SMA has shared our students’ strong music and stage talents in a variety of ways. For 29 years, an annual musical theatre production has been performed by students in Grades 7-12. The Chapel Choir performs weekly at Chapel and regularly for churches, nursing homes, and community events.
School life at SMA is rich and varied, with something to bring out the best in every child!
